This screen allows you to modify the signature content, formatting, and settings.
1. When This Rule's Action is Applied
This setting determines what happens when the rule is triggered. You can choose from the following options:
Go to the next rule → The system continues processing the subsequent rules.
Stop processing next rules → No further rules are processed after this rule is applied.
2. When This Rule's Action is Not Applied
This setting determines how the system behaves if the rule's conditions are not met. You can choose from the following options:
Go to the next rule → The system continues evaluating the subsequent rules.
Stop processing next rules → The system stops processing further rules.
3. Time Range
This setting allows you to control when the rule is active. You can choose from the following options:
This rule is used continuously without any time restrictions → The rule is applied whenever its conditions are met.
This rule is used only during the specified time range → The rule is active only within the specified date and time range.
