How to Uninstall NextClaimer from the Exchange Server?

The NextClaimer transport agent must first be removed from the Transport Service. You can complete this process using the NextClaimer Settings page.

Open NextClaimer Console:

1. Open the NextClaimer Console.

2. Click the Settings button and go to the Post Setup Management tab.

3. From the servers on the left, double-click the server from which you want to remove the NC Agent.

4. Click the 'Remove NC Agent' button on the right side of the screen.

Then, restart the server service by clicking the 'Restart MsTransport' button.

If you want to remove the agent from other Exchange Servers, double-click the server name from the left menu and follow the same steps.

Via Exchange Management Shell (EMS)

You can also perform this process through the Exchange Management Shell (EMS):

1. Open Exchange Management Shell and enter the following command:

Uninstall-TransportAgent NextClaimer

MsExchangeTransport (with Administrative Rights)

Connect to all other servers and complete the same steps.
