Licensing
NextClaimer is licensed for the Exchange environment, and a single license file is sufficient for all Exchange Servers in your environment. Download the license.json file generated with your License Key to a shared location and then import it using the 'Import from File' button.
Note: If you have not received the license file, simply click the 'Copy License Key' button and email us to obtain your license file.
Configurations on Other Exchange Servers:
To synchronize all settings and license information from the initially configured server, click the 'Inherit from Master Server' checkbox and select the Server Name from the list. All templates, rules, and license information will be synchronized from the Master Server.
Configure Your Signature Rules
After installing NextClaimer on all servers, click the Rules tab to create signature/disclaimer rules that suit your needs.
